The Opportunity

  • Lead complex compensation consulting engagements and deliver workforce solutions for senior HR and business leaders.
  • Develop compensation strategies, pay structures, job architectures, and programs designed to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
  • Analyze market data, compensation practices, incentive programs, and organizational requirements to develop practical recommendations.
  • Direct project teams, review analytical work, and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
  • Advise senior executives and HR leaders on compensation strategy, competitiveness, job architecture, technology, and regulatory considerations.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout engagements.
  • Mentor and coach consultants while overseeing project quality and professional development.
  • Support business development by expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and growing existing engagements.
  • Leverage emerging AI and technology-enabled tools to improve consulting delivery and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of compensation consulting or related HR advisory experience with strong subject-matter expertise.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex, large-scale consulting projects.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, market analysis, incentive design, compensation technology, job architecture, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience advising senior executives and managing high-level client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Curious, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable coaching others.
  • Hybrid schedule: Minimum three days per week in the office or with clients.
  • Compensation: Open; based on experience, skills, and overall fit. Candidates should provide expected compensation during screening.
