The Opportunity
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties while maximizing operational performance, tenant satisfaction, and owner value.
- Serve as a key contact for property owners and tenants, providing timely updates, solutions, and recommendations.
- Oversee building maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, inspections, and overall property condition.
- Manage vendors, evaluate service proposals, and negotiate pricing and scopes when appropriate.
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, financial performance, and property-level reporting.
- Track lease requirements, rent adjustments, renewals, and other critical lease milestones.
- Conduct regular property visits across Oahu to ensure facilities meet operational and service standards.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other internal teams to achieve portfolio objectives.
- Identify operational improvements and provide owners with recommendations to enhance their investments.
Qualifications
- Active Hawaii Real Estate License required.
- Experience managing commercial, retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases, property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent client service, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable balancing office-based responsibilities with regular field visits throughout Oahu.
